1. Purpose

Our primary objectives are:
Prevent sexual harassment at the workplace through continuous awareness campaigns. Provide a proper redressal mechanism that is accessible, objective, and timely. * Ensure transparency, fairness, and absolute confidentiality throughout the process.
2. Internal Committee and Grievance Redressal Contacts
We have constituted an Internal Committee (IC) to address and resolve any complaints of sexual harassment. The designated officers who comprise our POSH redressal network are Mr. Ishan Khandelwal (Customer Care & Head of Customer Care) and Mr. Sagar Goel (Compliance Officer, CEO, & Principal Officer).

SHe-Box (Sexual Harassment electronic Box) is a single window portal by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India, facilitating the registration and monitoring of sexual harassment complaints.
4. Confidentiality and Protection
All complaints, investigations, and proceedings will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
Retaliation or victimization against any complainant, witness, or anyone involved in the investigation process will not be tolerated and will result in strict disciplinary and legal action.
