All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Under no circumstances will the Company provide full, pro-rata, or partial refunds once services are paid and activated.
This policy strictly complies with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/20 dated 17 February 2025 governing fee structures and operational rules. By making payment for subscription services, the Client confirms explicit acceptance of the Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC) and all regulatory disclosures.
2. Service Delivery & Grievance Redressal
All advisory research and stock recommendations will be delivered promptly upon verification of payment confirmation.

Services are only provided for valid payments made through authorized digital channels in the name of the Company.
We disclaim all responsibility, liability, and service obligations for payments made to third parties, unlisted bank accounts, personal wallets of representatives, or unknown cash channels.
6. Consent Acknowledgement
You must carefully review and accept the MITC, disclaimers, and service terms prior to completing your subscription via the dynamic mandatory checkbox interface.
This digital consent is legally binding and establishes an active service contract between you and Money Bells Global Research Services Pvt Ltd.
7. Reporting Fraud
If you receive any email, WhatsApp, or phone request asking you to make payments to accounts not officially listed on our dashboard, or if a representative promises guaranteed target returns in exchange for extra fees, report it immediately to our fraud prevention cell at support@moneybells.in.
8. Confidentiality
Never share your trading terminal passwords, demat account login credentials, PINs, or transaction OTPs with anyone.
Money Bells is strictly an advisory-only research analyst firm and does not execute trades on behalf of clients. We are not liable for any financial losses or portfolio misuse caused by shared credentials.
9. Scope of Services
Money Bells operates strictly in accordance with SEBI Research Analyst Regulations. We provide only research, stock recommendations, and factor-driven quantitative models.
We do NOT offer:
Algorithmic trading (automated API executions) Portfolio management services (PMS) Individual investment advisory (one-on-one wealth management) * Guaranteed or fixed return investment schemes
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes must be addressed and escalated exclusively through our official redressal channels.
Filing false or speculative complaints on payment gateway desks, raising chargeback disputes without utilizing our grievance redressal pathways, or posting defamatory statements will lead to immediate service suspension, legal consequences, and recovery of costs.
