Independent & Unbiased Analysis: Provide an independent, unbiased view on domestic and global securities. Transparent Disclosures: Offer unbiased recommendations with explicit and upfront disclosures of financial interests, holding periods, and organizational dependencies. Public Information Research: Provide analytical research reports based strictly on the analysis of publicly available information, verifiable corporate actions, and known market observations. Annual Audits: Conduct strict annual compliance and operational audits as mandated by SEBI and RAASB guidelines to ensure transparency. Material Disclosures: Transparent sharing of all material information to enable clients to make informed, data-backed financial decisions. AI Disclosures: Upfront disclosure regarding the extent of use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning models in our research and signal advisory services. Verify Registration: Check the Research Analyst's SEBI registration number on the official SEBI website before onboarding. Review Disclosures: Carefully review all disclosures, risk factors, and financial interests mentioned in the research reports before investing. Banking Channels Only: Pay service fees exclusively through traceable banking channels (retain all bank receipts). You can optionally use the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) managed by recognized stock exchanges. Refer to Research: Refer to the RA's official research recommendations and written justifications before acting on trades. Clear Doubts: Ask questions, verify research methodologies, and clear all doubts before executing any recommendations. Understand High-Risk Products: Seek clear clarifications regarding drawdowns and risk metrics associated with complex or high-risk advisory tiers. Stop Services Anytime: Remember that you have the right to stop availing the RA's services at any time as per the agreed service contract terms. Provide Feedback: Exercise your right to provide periodic feedback to help improve the research ecosystem. * Report Assured Returns: Immediately report to SEBI if any representative or Research Analyst offers assured, guaranteed, or fixed returns.
7. Don'ts & Mandatory Prohibitions
To safeguard against fraud, investors must strictly avoid the following actions:
Do Not Provide Trading Funds: Never provide investment funds directly to the Research Analyst. RAs are strictly prohibited from managing portfolios or executing transactions on behalf of clients. Do Not Fall for Rumors: Do not fall prey to luring advertisements, speculative social media rumors, tips, or unverified market chats. Do Not Get Attracted to Gifts: Do not get attracted to high discounts, incentives, premium gifts, or profit-sharing offers by representatives. * Do Not Share Credentials: DO NOT SHARE YOUR TRADING OR DEMAT ACCOUNT LOGIN CREDENTIALS, PASSWORDS, PINs, OR OTPs WITH THE RESEARCH ANALYST OR ANY OF ITS REPRESENTATIVES. Keeping execution credentials strictly confidential is the sole responsibility of the investor.
